About our group structure

Overview

JA Group Services Ltd operates as part of a wider corporate group structure. 


This structure has been established to ensure clear accountability, effective governance, and appropriate separation between strategic oversight and day-to-day service delivery.


The group structure defines how authority, responsibility, and operational control are allocated across the parent company, the operating company, and its service divisions.


Parent Company – JSDS Group Ltd

JSDS Group Ltd is the parent company within the group structure.


The parent company provides strategic direction, group-wide governance, and oversight across all companies and activities operating within the group. This includes responsibility for long-term strategy, brand stewardship, group governance frameworks, and oversight of risk, compliance, and operational alignment.


JSDS Group Ltd does not deliver customer-facing services directly. Instead, it exercises oversight and control through established governance arrangements and delegated authority to the operating company.


Operating Company – JA Group Services Ltd

JA Group Services Ltd is the operating company within the group.


The operating company is responsible for managing customer-facing activities, overseeing service delivery arrangements, and administering JA-branded service divisions. This includes responsibility for operational management, customer communications, contractual relationships, and the coordination of services delivered under the group’s brands.


JA Group Services Ltd operates within the governance framework established by the parent company and remains subject to group-level oversight and direction.


Service Divisions

Service divisions operate as branded service areas within JA Group Services Ltd.


Divisions are not separate legal entities and do not operate independently of the operating company. Each division functions under delegated authority from JA Group Services Ltd and within the scope defined by group governance and operational frameworks.


Divisions are used to organise services by subject matter or service type and to present those services clearly to customers and stakeholders.


Current Service Divisions


The following service divisions are currently operated by JA Group Services Ltd:


  1. JA Learning Hub
    JA Learning Hub delivers learning and training services. These services are provided in partnership with approved and authorised third-party providers. JA Group Services Ltd oversees the administration and presentation of these services under the JA Learning Hub brand.
  2.  JA DOMAIN HUB™️
    JA Domain Hub provides access to digital and domain-related services delivered via authorised third-party providers. These services are made available through a JA-branded storefront operated by those providers.


Third-Party Service Providers

Where services are delivered via authorised third-party providers, those providers are responsible for service delivery, payments, renewals, and account management.


JA Group Services Ltd does not directly provide third-party services where an authorised provider is used and does not process or control payments, renewals, or account credentials in those circumstances.


Full details of the applicable provider, service responsibilities, and contractual arrangements are provided at the point of service and within the relevant terms and conditions.


Purpose of the Group Structure

This group structure is designed to:

  • Provide clear separation between strategic oversight and operational delivery
  • Ensure accountability and effective governance across the group
  • Support the development and management of multiple service divisions
  • Enable services to be delivered efficiently through approved partners
  • Protect customers, partners, and the group through defined responsibility boundaries
