This Group Privacy Policy is issued by JA Group Services Ltd (“the Company”) and explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared and protected across the Company’s operations.

This Group Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by JA Group Services Ltd in connection with the provision, management and administration of its services, including but not limited to:
• JA Learning Hub – education, learning support and access to third-party e-learning services

For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, JA Group Services Ltd is the single Data Controller in respect of all personal data processed across its divisions.
All personal data collected, stored, used or otherwise processed through any JA Group Services Ltd division is processed under the authority, governance and accountability of JA Group Services Ltd, regardless of the trading name, service channel or platform through which the data is obtained.
Where third-party service providers, platforms or partners are engaged (for example, e-learning providers or domain and website platforms), such parties may act as independent data controllers or data processors in accordance with their own privacy notices and contractual arrangements.

JA DOMAIN HUB™ is the digital services and domain support division of JA Group Services Ltd and is not a separate legal entity.

Third-party providers act as independent data controllers for their platforms.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary, based on legal, regulatory, contractual and operational requirements.
Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

If you remain dissatisfied after raising a complaint with us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We will respond to valid data subject requests without undue delay and in any event within one month, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Where a request is complex, involves multiple requests, or requires additional verification, this response period may be extended by up to two further months. Where an extension applies, you will be informed of the delay and the reasons for it.
