JA Group Services Ltd (Company No. 16314179) (“the Operating Company”) is authorised to use the intellectual property owned by JSDS Group Ltd pursuant to a royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable licence granted by the Parent Company.

This licence permits JA Group Services Ltd to:

• Operate under the JA Group brand architecture;
• Use approved names, logos, branding, and materials;
• Deliver approved services and operate trading divisions within the group structure.
   

The licence does not constitute:

• A transfer or assignment of ownership;
• A partnership, joint venture, or agency between the parties;
• Any limitation on JSDS Group Ltd’s continuing ownership, control, or enforcement rights.
   

All intellectual property rights remain vested at all times in JSDS Group Ltd.

JA Domain Hub™ is a registered trademark with the UK Intellectual Property Office and is owned solely by JSDS Group Ltd.

JA Domain Hub™ operates as a trading division of JA Group Services Ltd, which is authorised to use the trademark strictly under licence. No ownership interest in the JA Domain Hub™ trademark is held by JA Group Services Ltd.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of the JA Domain Hub™ trademark is strictly prohibited.

JA Learning Hub operates as a trading division of JA Group Services Ltd and functions as an authorised reseller and delivery partner of third-party education and licensing providers, including but not limited to:

• Highfield Online Training
• Get Licensed
   

JA Group Services Ltd does not own:

• Any eLearning courses;
• Any qualification content;
• Any training materials;
• Any proprietary platforms or course frameworks provided by third parties.

All such content remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party rights holders and is used strictly in accordance with applicable reseller, licensing, and contractual arrangements.

Where third-party intellectual property appears on or is referenced through this website, such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the relevant third-party owner.

Nothing on this website shall be interpreted as granting any licence, right, or interest in respect of third-party intellectual property beyond what is expressly permitted under applicable agreements.

Any unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property may constitute infringement and give rise to legal action by the relevant rights holder.

This Intellectual Property Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from or relating to it.
